How to live it up at Hotel du Collectionneur in Paris

The art deco hotel has opened a fabulous bar to complement its magnificent restaurant
Regulars at the Hotel du Collectionneur will be glad to know that the art deco hotel now has a designated watering hole where thirsty guests can kick back with a tipple after a long day.
Situated in the heart of Paris, Le Bar has opened as an extension to the hotel’s restaurant. Designed as a tribute to the art deco period, Le Bar provides a warm, intimate setting, with a cocktail menu and a snacking menu arranged by barman chef Ivo Correia Rocha and his team. Guests can enjoy Chill and Drinks parties on Thursday nights, to music by a live DJ.
The hotel’s Le Collectionneur – Restaurant offers seasonal products from a menu prepared by chef Joël Veyssière, a member of the Maîtres Cuisiniers de France, and chef Nicolas Amelin, a fan of Japanese cuisine. The menu mixes French gastronomy and global flavours.
A gourmet buffet is available every Sunday. Diners can enjoy hot drinks and freshly squeezed juices, served with a variety of bread and pastries, followed by signature main dishes and a dessert buffet.
