Longines International Races 2017 draws thousands of punters at Sha Tin racecourse

Swiss watchmaker Longines was the title partner and official timekeeper of the Hong Kong International Races, which attracted more than 90,000 spectators this year. Taiwanese actor Eddie Peng, the brand’s ambassador of elegance, attended the opening ceremony held at the parade ring on the race day.
The opening was joined by socialites such as Rabee’a Yeung, Gloria Yip, Olivia Lee-Davies, Magdalena Lee, and Leong Che-hung and his wife.
Hong Kong singer Hins Cheung performed some of his hit songs at the opening variety show, while an exhibition was also held at the racecourse showcasing some selected timepieces from the brand’s museum in Saint-Imier. The day ended with a captivating fireworks display.
