Tickets for K-pop girl group MAMAMOO’s concerts sell out in 2 minutes

Fans of the K-pop girl group MAMAMOO took less than two minutes to snap up all the tickets for its April concerts in Seoul.

Tickets for the “2019 MAMAMOO CONCERT Four Seasons F/W”, expected to be held at the Jangchung Gymnasium from April 19 to 21, were offered for sale at 8pm on Wednesday.

During the concerts, each one of the South Korean group’s four members Solar, Moonbyul, Wheein and Hwasa will stage special solo performances, the group’s publicity agency, I-JE COMPANY, said.

The concerts will form the grand finale of MAMAMOO’s “Four Seasons Four Colors Project”, which was launched in March last year to recreate the group’s identity.

As part of the project, the group has released four mini-albums and held one major concert over the past year.

MAMAMOO known for its vocal bravura and colourful performances, was formed in 2014 and rose to fame with hit songs including Um Oh Ah Yeh.

On March 14, it released its ninth mini-album, “White Wind”.
