  • Britain’s Oliver London is way past buying merchandise and concert tickets and has had plastic surgery to help him resemble boy band star

And thanks to the growing popularity of Korean culture around the world, foreigners now make up a large portion of clients: many come to Korea solely for this purpose.

The Korea Times had a chance to meet Oliver London, who flew all the way from the United Kingdom to go under the knife at a plastic surgery clinic in Korea.

He introduced himself as a huge fan of Jimin, a member of the K-pop boy band member BTS.

London agrees he was past the point of being just an avid fan of Jimin, such as buying BTS merchandise and concert tickets. He now wants to look as much as possible like his idol.
