Prior to Baselworld 2017, Dior revealed a new watch design to highlight the marriage of Swiss watchmaking with the house’s high-jewellery expertise.
Complemented with new coloured dial and strap, the case of the new Dior VIII Grand Bal Plissé Ruban 36mm automatic timepiece is adorned with brilliant-cut diamonds on the stainless steel bezel surrounding a yellow gold ring. The automatic movement, Dior Inversé 11½ calibre, features a functional oscillating weight on the dial.
Other new creations include the 36mm editions of the La D de Dior Satine.
The new collection comes in three styles that continue the simplicity and femininity of the design. From the large mother-of-pearl dial, bezel, crown to the strap buckle, all three versions are set with 128 glittering diamonds.
