Wedding dress photo shoot finally gets a green light from overworked traffic cop groom

A groom-to-be in China was so occupied by his work as a traffic policeman that his fiancée had to take her wedding dress photos with him while he was on duty at a crossroads, the Huashang Daily reports.
Li Tao was directing traffic on Saturday morning in Yannan, Shaanxi when he was surprised to see his fiancée show up in a white wedding dress clutching a bouquet of red roses.
They took a few photos – with Li in his police uniform – before his fiancée hurried off and left him to his duty.
“I was really surprised,” Li said. “She didn’t mentioned it to me and I was worried that she was angry because I kept breaking our appointments for the shooting.”
The couple had planned two wedding dress shoots, but Li had to put them off at both times because he had to work extra shifts.
But his 21-year-old fiancée, identified as Xiaoyan, said she could understand and came up with the idea of taking photos at work on Saturday morning, when the traffic is less busy.
