A Good Samaritan in southern China took pity on a woman begging on the street by inviting her home for dinner and she later abducted his three-year-old granddaughter, a newspaper reported. The man from Zhongshan in Guangdong invited the woman home on Wednesday after spotting her on a road, the Legal Evening News said. The woman in her 40s gained the man’s trust and took the girl while he was not looking after eating and chatting for about two hours, the report said.
