If you haven't done so already, it’s time to get out your winter woolies.
A sudden drop in temperature due later today is going to leave Hong Kong shivering as the mercury falls as low as 10 degrees Celcius.
Temperatures this afternoon will fall to about 13C, according to Hong Kong Observatory, with areas of the New Teritories a couple of degrees lower.
And by tomorrow morning, thanks to an "intense winter monsoon" temperatures are expected to fall as low as 10C.
The Observatory said it would be cold and dry for the next couple of days, before warmer weather arrives.
This morning the Observatory issued the red fire danger warning, due to the dry conditions, and a strong monsoon signal indicating likely gusts of more than 40km/h.
