Fire engine topples after crashing into car in Hong Kong’s Tuen Mun district, 7 injured
Accident occurs around 3.35pm on Sunday along Ming Kum Road near Shek Pai Light Rail stop, causing major congestion after partial road closure

A fire engine has toppled onto its side after a crash with a private car in Hong Kong’s Tuen Mun district, injuring seven people including five firefighters.
The incident occurred at around 3.35pm on Sunday near the Shek Pai Light Rail stop, when the private car travelling along Ming Kum Road collided with the emergency vehicle, causing it to topple onto its side.
Bystanders were seen climbing onto the overturned fire engine to help trapped firefighters exit the vehicle.
The front of the private car was badly damaged.
Dashcam footage from another vehicle shows the fire engine, with its siren activated, travelling northbound along Ming Kum Road and passing through the junction with Shek Pai Tau Road.
The car heading east on Shek Pai Tau Road reaches the junction and collides with the fire engine, causing it to tip over.
