Cyclist, 60, dies after being hit by double-decker bus in Hong Kong
Man, 60, was trapped under bus and had to be freed by firefighters and paramedics

A cyclist was killed after being struck by a KMB double-decker bus in Hong Kong on Monday afternoon.
The 60-year-old man was hit at around 2.50pm outside North Kwai Chung Public Library on Shek Yam Road.
He was trapped beneath the front wheels of the bus on route 235M and had to be freed by firefighters and paramedics. He was rushed unconscious to Yan Chai Hospital in Tsuen Wan and died at about 6.08pm.
The driver, 60, was arrested for dangerous driving causing death.
Images from the scene showed the man’s lower body pinned under the bus, with a long skid mark on the road. The bus windscreen was also cracked, while the bicycle lay overturned across the road.
Police are investigating the cause of the crash.
