A video of a boy in China proudly showing off his kindergarten graduation certificate to his mother has delighted Chinese internet users.

Last week, the boy, from Chaozhou, Guangdong province in southern China, and his kindergarten classmates, all dressed in miniature ceremonial gowns, received graduation certificates, the Xiaoxiang Morning Herald reported.

When the boy noticed his mother filming him, the boy first pointed to his red certificate book, then opened it and pointed to his photo and name.

“He was so happy and so excited,” his mother said. “He was in a hurry to show the graduation certificate to us, telling us, ‘This is my name and this is my picture’.”
