This week Mark Agnew and Mary Hui take a closer look at Hong Kong's trail running scene with special guest Valerie Lagarde. Along with her husband, Lagarde is organising the Lantau Vertical: a short but gruelling race up one of the city's highest peaks. She is also one of Hong Kong's vocal proponents for gender equality in competitive running.
