Trading starched linens for kitchen-side stools, Chef’s Room is a newly minted, 10-seat studio tucked inside Salisterra led by culinary adviser Ricardo Chaneton that prioritises conversation over ceremony. The spring line-up kicks off with Max Levy’s “slow food” pizza residency (available every Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from March 11 to May 1), followed by a weekend featuring Josh Boutwood of two-Michelin-starred Manila restaurant Helm in April.

After a series of successful pop-ups, the Magnolia Lab team has brought its herbal-led mixology to Tsim Sha Tsui. Located on the alfresco terrace of the Michelin-starred Épure, the newly minted Clan & Co. Lounge pairs French elegance with “Golden Era” Hong Kong nostalgia. The space features hand-painted signage and salvaged vintage woodcarvings, offering a cinematic backdrop for botanical cocktails. It is a thoughtful, craft-oriented retreat for those seeking local flavours without the Yau Ma Tei bustle.
