Adorned with David Tang’s signature chinoiserie flair, China Tang has continued to serve food with the best-quality ingredients. An offshoot of the China Tang in London’s Dorchester Hotel, the Hong Kong branch continues to attract executives and the well-heeled from all over town. There are six private rooms for small parties and functions, perfect for the denizens of the restaurant’s business district location.
