Mandarin Oriental’s Chinese restaurant never fails to impress with its elegant decor and tasteful red lanterns framing the entrance. The service is impeccable alongside a menu that is full of classic delights. Dim sum and à la carte are equally revered by all at this eatery, and signature dishes include braised abalone, chicken casserole and pan-fried scallops.
