Modern Chinese meets Americana at Central’s famed Mott 32
- Decadent dishes with a modern twist includes fried frog’s legs with pepper and cold chicken with Sichuan peppercorns and chilli sauce
Maximal Concept’s fine-dining Chinese restaurant is a winning formula that is not just a success in Hong Kong, having opened branches in Vancouver and Las Vegas. Named after the address of the first Chinese grocery store in New York, Mott 32 presents decadent Chinese cuisine with a modern twist, served up in a marvellous basement designed by Joyce Wang.
Our menu favourites include the apple wood-roasted Peking duck, fire-roasted suckling pig and barbecue prime Iberico pork with honey. Starters included fried frog’s legs with pepper, dried chilli and black beans and cold chicken with Sichuan peppercorns and chilli sauce. The cocktail bar is a great place to start the evening.
