There’s a good reason why this Michelin-star Kowloon eatery is called The Sky Boss
- Food ranks high and extensive wine list helps diners drink in 101st-floor views
The views draw the crowds to The Sky Boss. The fact that it is a Michelin-starred restaurant doesn’t hurt either. Facing out towards the north of Hong Kong, guests can drink in wide vistas of Kowloon and the New Territories.
The food ranks high too, and the menu lists such delights as double-boiled almond soup with pig’s lung, fish maw, and The Boss’ crispy chicken and deep-fried eel with honey sauce. A popular favourite is the braised grouper with garlic and home-made sauce in casserole, which has rich flavours and tastes delicious. The restaurant makes a lot of home-made sauces. There’s a sizeable wine list here to keep any oenophile satisfied.
