Tin Lung Heen sets bar high with 102nd-floor views and divine Chinese fare
- Offerings from the kitchen are as spectacular as the vistas from Hong Kong’s tallest building
If breathtaking views and a helping of top-notch Chinese fare are what you are looking for, then there is no other address in town except Tin Lung Heen. Perched on the 102nd floor of the tallest building in Hong Kong, the views are unobstructed and absolutely spectacular. What comes out from the kitchen is just as impressive.
The barbecued Iberian pork with honey is legendary and has received many accolades. Other dishes such as double-boiled chicken soup with fish maw in baby coconut and steamed crab claw with egg white in Hua Diao wine are show-stoppers, too. There is also traditional dim sum and the service is excellent.
