Sit down for a meal at one-thirtyone, in a little red house in Sai Kung
- Renovated village house at Three Fathoms Cove makes ideal setting for fine dining
Set in picturesque Three Fathoms Cove in Sai Kung, one-thirtyone offers exquisite contemporary French cuisine inspired by seasonal fresh produce, some of which is grown on neighbouring farms. The restaurant is set inside a red village house, but there is a garden for alfresco dining.

The eight-course set menu changes frequently and can be adapted to suit dietary needs. Weekend lunch diners can enjoy a four-course set menu. Dishes are presented creatively, and recent menu items have included scallops with ginger and passion fruit, shellfish foam and osetra caviar and duo of veal with butter-whipped potato, mushrooms and radish. Wine pairing is also available.
