Gagnaire’s culinary genius on full display at Mandarin Oriental’s Pierre
- Each item on the menu has a lengthy description as the illustrious chef focuses on flavours and combinations of tastes
On the top floor of the Mandarin Oriental, Pierre offers panoramic city views and luxurious decor. Culinary genius Pierre Gagnaire presents unconventional contemporary French dishes overseen by his protégé, chef de cuisine Jacky Tavry. Each menu item at Pierre has a lengthy description of flavours as Gagnaire focuses on flavours and combinations.

We like the signature langoustine with lemon paste, cuttlefish, watercress coulis, poached hibiscus-infused consomme, leek ravioli, tapioca bisque, tartare with sticky grapefruit, and raw daikon shavings marinated in rice vinegar. Pierre is famous for its desserts such as the chocolate soufflé and baba soaked in limoncello.
