Spiga is chef Enrico Bartolini’s first restaurant venture outside of Italy. Bartolini has garnered four Michelin stars for his restaurants in Italy. The interior, designed by Joyce Wang, is glamorous and reminiscent of 1950s Hollywood.

The cuisine has a contemporary twist, offering Hong Kong modern Italian cuisine as Italians would enjoy it back home. The tasting menu is a good way to sample the best of Bartolini’s creations. If dining à la carte, we recommend the Sicilian red prawn. For dessert, crème brûlée or chocolate foam with hazelnut ice cream makes a delicious ending. For pre-dinner drinks, the adjoining terrace, Portico, has a good selection of wines and cocktails.
