Umberto Bombana brings his refined Italian cuisine to Galaxy Macau. The interior of 81/2 Otto e Mezzo Bombana is large and comfortable with banquette seating, two private rooms and a stunning bar decorated with Murano glassware.

Executive chef Antimo Maria Merone strikes a balance between tradition and innovation in his tasting menu and a la carte. We recommend the marinated Japanese tuna with caviar, yuzu and tofu emulsion and home-made tagliolini with truffle emulsion, Parmesan and black truffle to start and Brittany blue lobster and Aveyron lamb for mains. Top it off with a black truffle millefoglie or pink lady apple tart. The wine menu is Italian and French.
