The selection includes Nagasaki Wagyu beef of A5 tenderloin, strip loin and short rib and the Australian rib-eye or tomahawk Wagyu. They also serve hormone- and antibiotic-free beef such as USDA New York strip and petit filet mignon. There is a wide range of sauces; sides include vegetables, potatoes and even macaroni and cheese. Classic desserts include apple crumble, Alaska on fire and chocolate fondant.
