Man electrocutes himself

A 26-year-old man electrocuted himself after e-mailing a suicide note to a colleague from his home in Fanling. The man, surnamed Yeung, said he was depressed and planned to kill himself in the e-mail to the woman, surnamed Kwok, who called police at 12.30am yesterday morning. He was found wrapped in electric cable lying unconscious on his bed at his home at Kau Lung Hang. He was rushed to North District Hospital, where he was declared dead at 1.33am. Police found a note saying he suffered from relationship and health problems. They said there were no suspicious circumstances.
