Playgrounds should be strictly off limits to smokers

    I would like to draw the authorities’ attention to the misuse of the children’s playground in Phase 2 of Laguna City, Kwun Tong.

    People often gather there to smoke, wreathing the play area in their fumes. The second-hand smoke is particularly harmful to the children who come to the area to play. Nicotine is a stimulant in small doses, but its negative impact on health is well known.
