Demon chef Alvin Leung’s restaurant, Bo Innovation, has moved next door to the space that Madam Sixty Ate previously occupied.

Leung takes taste buds on a journey into “X-treme” Chinese cuisine with his innovative takes on Chinese fare.

His signature Red menu includes a playful approach to Hong Kong dishes, coffee cured ocean trout and umami yee noodles, abalone and conpoy. The Blue menu includes coffee five spice cured ocean trout, caviar with toro on crispy taro nest and X-treme xiao long bao.

Guests can sit by the bar and watch the chefs in action, or in the dining area. There is also private dining and a chef’s table.

Bo Innovation’s decor is a fushion of East meets West.
