Vida Rica boasts European and Cantonese fare
The only fine-dining restaurant at the Mandarin Oriental, Macau, Vida Rica offers Cantonese and European fare, including Portuguese and Italian. The Portuguese choices feature traditional cataplana and bacalhau, tapas, such as grilled Portuguese sausage with black olives, and seafood parcel with lemon sauce.
On the Cantonese menu is dim sum and the chef recommendations, such as steamed egg white with crab meat and Hua Tiao wine, Japanese abalone with goose web and Musang king durian mochi. Macanese suckling pig is also on the menu. Desserts include Western and Chinese options. For exclusive parties, private rooms and chef’s table are available.
