Close to the casinos, but just far away enough to provide a relaxing escape, Zi Yat Heen offers traditional Cantonese cuisine with an occasional creative twist.

The elegant interior is everything you’d expect of a Four Seasons restaurant, with lantern-like chandeliers and a floor-to-ceiling wine cellar dressing up the neutral colour palate.

Veteran Hong Kong chef Ho Pui-yung focuses on fresh seafood and high-quality ingredients from around the world, offering everything from traditional dim sum and bird’s nest soup to barbecued meats and a wide range of vegetarian dishes.

Diners can also expect a few unique flourishes to the otherwise simple fare.
