The menu offers refined Cantonese cuisine with some traditional dishes such as crispy chicken, roasted barbecue pork, steamed fish and seafood worth trying. There are some chef specials, such as sweet and sour shredded eel and bamboo pith stuffed with fish maw and Jin Hua ham in pumpkin sauce, braised rice with crab meat and spring onion, and braised beef ribs in the chef’s own special sauce.
The double-boiled pear with gingko, lotus seed, longan and wolfberry ends the meal nicely.
