Rozan rebranded in April as Sushi Masataka, in the Japanese tradition of naming a restaurant after its chef.

Chef Masataka Fujisawa, specialises in omakase, and he chooses only the finest fish from Tokyo’s Tsukiji market and the waters off Hokkaido and Kyushu. He then prepares them all in his impeccably clean workspace behind a wide cypress counter.

Sushi Masataka promises an exclusive, cosy and intimate dining experience. Guests can also enjoy an extensive range of sake, wine and whisky.
