Go with the flow at Inagiku Grande Japanese restaurant in Hong Kong
The Inagiku family has earned great acclaim over the years for its preparation of first-class tempura, teppanyaki, sushi and sashimi
Located at the Royal Garden, Inagiku Grande Japanese Restaurant breaks
from the genre’s traditional design, with
an interior blend of Edo and Japanese modern art styles.
Flow is an important concept in the design, with a sand garden at the entrance and a streamlined waterfall, and floating panels to partition the dining areas.
Famous in Japan, the Inagiku family has been preparing its renowned tempura for more than 100 years. The restaurant now is known just as much for its teppanyaki, sushi and sashimi. Diners can opt for the tempura or teppanyaki set menus as well as à la carte. A good range of sakes is available for pairing.
