The first Chinese restaurant in the world to be awarded three Michelin stars, diners can enjoy authentic Cantonese dishes in an elegant, contemporary setting with spectacular views of Victoria Harbour.
Dim sum lunch is particularly exquisite, with dishes such as steamed lobster and scallop dumplings and steamed shrimp and pork dumplings with Yunnan ham. For dinner, signature dishes include barbecue suckling pig with pancakes, marinated turkey kidney with Chinese spices, crispy frogs legs with spicy salt, and simmered lobster in spicy plum sauce. For dessert, the double-boiled superior bird’s nest with almond cream, coconut milk or syrup is a good choice.
