A popular spot for power lunches and special-occasion dinners, Amber is known for an award-winning blend of inventive cuisine, elegant interiors and top-notch service. Culinary director Richard Ekkebus has earned many accolades for his French/international cuisine, and he keeps diners guessing by changing the menu every three months to reflect the fresh international ingredients.

Amber has perfected the art of restrained elegance, from its unobtrusive yet attentive service to its intimate yet luxurious interiors. The menu offers something for everyone, but it’s best to just sit back and ask the sommelier for the perfect wine pairing.
