With an interior by British-based David Collins Studio, inspired by Europe’s grand cafés, The Continental serves European fare. The menu is designed by executive chef Joey Sergentakis, who worked under such culinary luminaries as Daniel Boulud and Alain Ducasse.

There is a dinner set or à la carte, featuring pastas, fish or meats for the Josper grill such as lamb, organic chicken and red snapper. There are raw, smoked or cured oysters and starters of foie gras, endive and walnut salad, and desserts such as dark chocolate gateau and a cinnamon spiced warm leche frita. The wine list includes Old and New World labels, and some of the best cocktails.
