Serving contemporary European fare by renowned chef Gray Kunz, this Andre Fu-designed restaurant is a place to see and be seen. Stunning views from the 49th floor of the Upper House give interesting perspectives on the harbour, Central and Wan Chai. A refreshing starter is the organic bibb salad and burrata with blood orange, mandarin and citrus yoghurt. Good hot appetisers include caramalised sunchoke and barley risotto.

For mains, we like the veal cheek stroganoff and lobster-scallop bouillabaisse stew with garlic crouton and sauce rouille. Be tempted by the desserts, especially the dark chocolate and key lime tart. The wine and cocktail list is extensive.
