Cantonese cuisine is taken to new heights at Elite Dining, with its ideal location on the 31st floor of iSquare.

With sweeping views of Victoria Harbour, the restaurant offers a traditional yet elegant setting with Chinese wall hangings on bronze walls and thick patterned carpets.

The menu has traditional dim sum for lunch and Cantonese favourites on à la carte or set menus in the evening.

Chef’s recommendations include braised sea cucumber in dark soy, crispy pigeon stuffed with taro paste, and braised beef brisket casserole with chu hou sauce.
