Tuna is the star attraction at Sushi Tokami in Hong Kong
Omakase menu includes famed hand rolled tuna neck and eel dishes
Established in Ginza, Tokyo, in 2013, Sushi Tokami has already earned a Michelin star and is recommended as one of the best sushi restaurants. It is famed for its tuna dishes – the owner is also the founder of Yamasachi, a shop dedicated to tuna in Tsukiji Market.
The Hong Kong branch has two rooms, with 10 and eight seats. We recommend the omakase menu which includes the restaurant’s famed hand rolled tuna neck and eel dishes. The tanada rice is cooked in traditional Japanese olla with the addition of red vinegar fermented using natural sake yeast. The water is shipped in from a Japanese volcanic spring. There is a good selection of sake available.
