Macau’s La Chine brings Chinese cuisine with a French twist
The restaurant in the Eiffel Tower at the The Parisian Macao boasts an industrial chic décor
La Chine in the Eiffel Tower at the The Parisian Macao offers Chinese cuisine with a French twist. The décor is industrial chic with Chinese-style round tables amid booth seating and high stools by the windows, overlooking the Cotai strip.
The wine cellar decks the wall near the entrance. The dim sum is outstanding, especially the steamed rice roll with crispy lobster, crispy baby abalone and taro puffs and pan-fried buns filled with beef in black pepper sauce. The canard a l’orange – crispy duck marinated in black pepper and mandarin peel with an orange black pepper sauce – is a must-try. Finish with caramelised pineapple tart tatin and sweetened almond soup.
Signature dishes
Roasted cod fillet in black bean beurre blanc sauce, asparagus
Canard a l’orange
Seasonal vegetables and Nepalese mountain grains poached in golden broth
