Macau’s first Portuguese fine-dining restaurant, Guincho a Galera, is a branch of the Michelin-star Fortaleza do Guincho in Portugal. The restaurant offers authentic and innovative Portuguese cuisine.

The rich interior, featuring gold and blue carpeting and curtains, comfortable chairs, white table clothes and silverware, is classic with contemporary accents. The menu offers chef recommendations of bacalhau and snail coquette, buttered poached lobster and scallop with alvarinho in caviar sauce, and veal chop steak with morel and Madera cream sauce. Desserts include beer brioche with stewed pear and beer ice cream and Algarve Clementine gratin with mandarin orange sherbet.
