CrossFit Games 2019: Age group workouts announced for Sunday - two-rep-max

  • Under-18s and masters will show-off their brute strength

The CrossFit Games has released its penultimate workout for the age group competition. The teen and masters event finishing on Sunday.

The under-18 age group is for those aged 14-17, although some events are done in two-year age groups, while the masters are divided into six groups : 35–39, 40–44, 45–49, 50–54, 55–59, and 60 and over.

Sunday

All ages:

  • Two-rep-max overhead squad

Five minute time cap

Friday

Rowing/burpees for age groups 14-17 / 35-54.

For time:

  • 500m row
  • 30 bar-facing burpees

Two ropes for age groups 16-17 / 35-49

Five rounds for time of:

  • Three rope climbs
  • 15 front squats (75lb for woman, 115lb for men)
  • 60 double-unders skipping

Two Ropes for age groups 14-15 / 50-54

Five rounds for time of:

  • Three rope climbs
  • 15 front squats (65lb for women, 95lb for men)
  • 60 double-unders skipping

Two ropes for age groups 55+

Five rounds for time of:

  • Two rope climbs
  • 10 front squats (65lb for women, 95lb for men)
  • 40 double-unders skipping

  • 90-foot handstand walk
  • Air bike calories (30 calories for women, 35 calories for men)

  • 90-foot handstand walk
  • Air bike calories (25 calories for women, 30 calories for men)
