The final event for the men and women (event 12) has been announced, it’s called The Standard and consists of 90 total reps in three exercises.

  • 30 clean and jerks
  • 30 muscle-ups
  • 30 snatches (95lbs for the women and 135lbs for the men)

Time cap: 12 minutes
