Watch as the CrossFit Open 20.1 is announced and then the king of the sport, Rich Froning, faces off with one of the top athletes, Scott Panchik.
The CrossFit Open is an online competition, where athletes upload their scores. It takes place across five weeks, with a new workout announced each week. The winner earns at spot at the CrossFit Games.
Rich Froning has won the CrossFit Games four times, and a further four times in the team competition.
Panchik matched his own highest placing at the Games this year, finishing fourth. Watch below as they face-off.
