The CrossFit Open concludes this week. The 20.5 workout was announced in Boston, and it as hard as any other week.

The Open is an online competition. Each week, a workout is released and athletes have a week to record themselves completing it and uploading it online for a score. The winner of the Open worldwide gets an invite to the CrossFit Games. Each national champion also heads to the Games.

20.5 workout:

  • 40 muscles ups
  • 80 calorie row
  • 120 wall balls, 20lbs ball to 10ft

You can complete the workout in any order you choose, unbroken or mixing and matching your sets.
