The CrossFit Open concludes this week. The 20.5 workout was announced in Boston, and it as hard as any other week. The Open is an online competition. Each week, a workout is released and athletes have a week to record themselves completing it and uploading it online for a score. The winner of the Open worldwide gets an invite to the CrossFit Games. Each national champion also heads to the Games. 20.5 workout: (For time) 40 muscles ups 80 calorie row 120 wall balls, 20lbs ball to 10ft You can complete the workout in any order you choose, unbroken or mixing and matching your sets.
