The CrossFit Games 2020 has unveiled the six workouts for this weekend’s opening round. The Games start on Friday, US Pacific time, as 30 men and 30 women compete simultaneously from their gyms around the world. The top five men and women will progress to an in-person final in October.

The workouts are listed below.
