The CrossFit Games 2020 takes place this weekend and the coverage starts today with a pre-event show explaining what to expect.
Niki Brazier and Sean Woodland host the show. This year’s CrossFit Games workouts were announced yesterday.
This year’s Games is split into two legs: a remote competition, as 30 men and 30 women compete from their gyms around the world, and an in-person final in California from October 19 to 25 for the top five athletes.
