The third and final week of the 2021 CrossFit Open is to start with a family showdown. The announcement for the 21.3 workout is live, followed by a three-way match-up between Scott, Saxon and Spencer Panchik, all brothers.
The CrossFit Open is a virtual competition, athletes have seven days to complete a workout and upload their scores. Workout 21.1 consisted of a ladder of wall-walks and double-unders, while week two was dumbbell overhead snatches and burpee box jump-overs.

Each week’s announcement is accompanied by a live showdown. Scott, who has been to the CrossFit Games eight times, takes on Saxon, a three-time Games athlete whose best finish was ninth in 2019, and regional athlete Spencer.
