Diane von Furstenberg is a Belgian-American designer, businesswoman, and philanthropist. Best known for creating the iconic wrap dress in 1974, she founded and chairs her eponymous global fashion company, DVF. She previously served as President and Chairwoman of the Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA) from 2006 to 2019.
