Sealing food in a parchment paper or foil pouch (a technique called en papillote) is a healthy way to cook. This recipe combines fish fillets, clams, quick-cooking vegetables and Japanese sake.
Take two bowls of cooked rice, make a sweet Korean chilli sauce, then add some protein - meat, seafood, tofu, even a runny cooked egg - and any vegetables you fancy. That's bibimbap.
Soak noodles. Finely slice vegetables - the more colourful the mix the better. Whip together spicy sesame dressing. And that's it. A vegan lunch or light dinner ready in half an hour.
