MetaX is a Shanghai-based producer of general-purpose graphics processing units (GPUs) used for artificial intelligence. It was established in 2020 by former employees of AMD. MetaX's MXN series of GPUs are used for AI inference, the MXC series is used for AI trading and general computing, while the MXG series is used for graphics rendering.
