About 42,000 Indians live in Hong Kong, representing just a tiny percentage of the city’s population. Yet the Indian community has made some of the most significant contributions to the city’s cultural identity, including its culinary culture, with a wide selection of regional Indian cuisines available. In this episode of Eat Drink Asia, Post reporter Lisa Cam visits some of the most iconic Indian restaurants in the city to learn how the chefs and owners promote their hometown food to the rest of Hong Kong, and also how they’ve come to call the city home.
